Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We totally understand — sometimes things don’t work out. If you’d like to return or exchange an item, just send us an email within the timeframes below, and we’ll guide you through the process:
Return/Exchange Guidelines
- Contact us within: 14 days of receiving your order
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Cancel an order: Within 24 hours of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom/personalised orders
- Digital downloads
- Used or worn items
- Intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
Important Notes
- All items are made to order — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Please email us before sending anything back. We cannot accept unsolicited returns.
- Once your return is received and approved, we’ll arrange your refund or exchange promptly.
