We offer standard UK sizes from XS to 2XL across all our apparel products.

Our kids’ clothing is available in age-based sizes, ranging from ages 3 to 14.

Accessories are one-size-fits-all — simply choose your preferred colour and design.

If you'd like one of our designs in a size we don't currently offer, feel free to get in touch! We're happy to create a custom piece just for you.

Our T-shirts run true to size but have a relaxed fit. If you're unsure which size to choose, we recommend checking our size guide.

We offer two T-shirt styles:

  • Unisex Standard Fit – A classic straight-cut T-shirt suitable for all genders, with no waist shaping.
  • Oversized Fit – A thicker, heavier T-shirt with a looser, more relaxed fit for a comfortable, laid-back style.

Both styles are available in sizes XS–2XL.

Our hoodies and sweatshirts are designed for a cosy fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend ordering one size up.

We offer sizes S–2XL, but if you need a different size, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to create a custom order for you!

Yes! Our Kids section features T-shirts for ages 3–14. If you're interested in kids' hoodies or sweaters, please contact us directly for a custom order and pricing.

To promote sustainability, we make all products to order rather than mass-producing. This approach may take a bit longer, but it ensures you receive a high-quality, eco-conscious product made just for you.

We use eco-friendly DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing for apparel. Our inks are vegan, toxin-free, and OEKO-TEX® certified. For other items like mugs, we use sublimation printing with water-based, non-toxic inks.

We work with a trusted local supplier who prints and ships products directly to our customers. For urgent orders, we use a secondary supplier with the same quality control standards. Stationery items are printed by specialists.

Our T-shirts are made from organic cotton or recycled polyester for maximum sustainability. For detailed product information, please refer to individual listings.

We provide tracked shipping for UK customers using Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD based on the size, quantity, and selected shipping method. While most parcels are sent via Royal Mail or Evri, we may occasionally use alternative delivery companies.

Yes! We ship worldwide. If your country isn't listed on the website, simply contact us, and we'll create a custom invoice for you.

Shipping times vary by location. For the UK, expect 1–3 days for Royal Mail 24 services, and 2–5 days for Royal Mail 48 services. International shipping times vary.

Note: All products have a 7-day lead time.

If you’ve chosen tracked shipping, a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

As all our apparel is custom made to order, we offer refunds within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We also accept exchanges for items of equal value within 14 days of delivery.

To request a refund or exchange:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Ship the item back within 21 days
  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase

Please note: Exchanges and refunds will only be processed with prior email approval. Any returned item shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

For delivery inquiries, please contact the respective delivery partner through their website. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us with photos, and we’ll replace it at no charge. Return shipping costs for damaged items are the buyer’s responsibility.

We certainly do! If you’ve seen a design you like on our website in a different colour or size, just email us and we’ll be happy to assist!

Got a design in mind for your apparel? Email us your idea, and we’ll create a custom piece for you!

Custom apparel designs will incur an additional cost, which will be invoiced separately.

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping costs are calculated by weight and will be added to the total cost.
  • We do not cover any import tax or customs charges.
  • Orders are placed once documents are returned and the deposit is paid.
  • Mockups will be provided for approval, and the customer must confirm or amend.
  • Custom orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
  • Deposits are non-refundable and included in the quoted price.
  • Orders will only be dispatched once full payment is received.
  • Orders not fully paid for within 60 days after completion may be cancelled.
  • Cancellations must be made before work begins.
  • We reserve the right to abort an order with valid reason, issuing a refund accordingly.
  • Custom orders are governed by UK law.
  • Any legal action must be initiated within six months of purchase.

To keep your apparel looking its best:

  • Wash at 30°C, inside out.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not iron directly over the print.

Alternatively hand washing is ideal and the kindest method for preserving your garments.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by washing your garments.

Wear and washing can cause slight damage over time. If your print is noticeably damaged after the first wash, email us with clear photos and we’ll do our best to help. In some cases, we may offer a free replacement.
