A couple of months ago I designed some Bible lock screens for you to download and the response...was amazing!
To see how many people actually sent screen shots of our Stay Lit Apparel designs, as their new phone wallpapers, it was overwhelming! I couldn't believe how much these small images were encouraging others the way they had encouraged me.
Honestly I designed them for myself but on reflection, God reminded me of the phrase - sharing is caring. What I needed, was exactly what others needed too and i'm so thankful that God has given me the opportunity share my blessings with you.
As a result we have decided to make this a regular thing, every couple of months you can expect brand new images designed by us! Our phones are a permanent fixture in our lives whether we want to believe it, or not. My hope is that every time you unlock your phone, you are reminded of something wonderful. 10 Things God Wants You to remember
The devil has seriously been at work over the course of 2020, it's been a rollercoaster to say the least. Sometimes it feels like a nightmare but sadly, i'm already awake.
God shown me that it takes just one word or phrase from Him to steady my heart and remind me of the truth God wants for me. This month we have focused on specific verses that point us to God and take our mind off our current situation.
We have highlighted key words on each lock screen so that even if you only get a glimpse of the text, you'll see that one word and find rest for your soul.
Here are 10 things we want you to be reminded of today. If you see an image that speaks to your heart just click it to download it.
1. God Will Give You Peace - Isaiah 26:3
"You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You."
Trust in God! He promises, yes, promises to give you perfect peace. Claim it, right here, right now. It's yours for the taking.
2. God Will Deliver You - Psalm 91:15
"He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him."
Don't suffer in silence, call on God. He's waiting to hear you, He's ready to answer. There's no problem too hard or worry too small. Allow God to deliver you from whatever it is that is standing in your way.
3. God Wants To Give You Great Things - Psalm 84:11
"For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord will give grace and glory; no good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly."
Contrary to popular belief, God is a God of blessings. God has a whole storehouse full of them that He is waiting to pour out on you. God will not withhold His grace, His goodness, His great things from you.
4. God Can Save You - Psalm 34:18
"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit."
Whatever is breaking your heart, God wants to save you from that very thing. Come to Him with your brokenness, He's already right there with you.
5. God Wants To Give You Victory - 1 Corinthians 15:57
"But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ."
Jesus already won every war you will ever have to fight. He is victorious which means you are victorious too. Claim that victory, don't stay defeated any longer.
6. God Has Made All Things Beautiful - Ecclesiastes 3:11
"Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end."
There is beauty to be found even in 2020, God has made everything beautiful in its time. Allow God to show you the beauty even in the chaos.
7. God Wants To Be Glorified Through You - Romans 8:18
"For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us."
God knows what happens next in this story and whatever it is, He will be glorified! Don't lose heart, trust that God is in full control.
8. God Is Faithful Always - 2 Timothy 2:13
"If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself."
Faithful is part of God's character. Even when we fail Him and when others fail us God continues to be faithful because it's just who He is!
9. God Is Doing Something New In Your Life - Isaiah 43:18-19
"Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert."
God is doing something new in your life. This is a new season, a new section, another chapter in your book. God promises that even when there seems to be no way, He will make on just for you.
10. Better Days Are Ahead - John 14:1-3
“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also."
Heaven is the goal. This earth is just our temporary home! Jesus is coming back to take us home, when, we don't know. What we do know however is that we need to be ready because He is coming to take His people home, forever.
